Absolutely delicious Pina Colada Protein Popsicles
With the weather warming up we couldn’t resist pulling out our popsicle molds and creating this recipe.
What you’ll need: (depending on molds will make approximately 6 popsicles)
1 can coconut milk
2 Tbsp real lime juice
1 heaping cup frozen pineapple
2 scoops vanilla protein (we used @sunwarrior brand)
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Portion into popsicle molds. We added some extra pineapple pieces on top/on the sides but not necessary. Freeze over night and enjoy!

These popsicles are easy to make, incredibly creamy and delicious, contain 9 grams of protein/popsicle and you only need 4 ingredients to make them!
